Color and Placement of Ink: (Ex: Full Color, Specific PMS color(s), Black ink...and is the ink printed on Both sides or just One side? Also, if your project is a book, please specify the ink color(s) desired for the cover, plus let us know if there is any printing on the inside cover or if it is left blank)

Other Needs: (Ex: will your piece need folding, perfing, laminating, holes, shrink-wrapping, etc.? Also, if your project is a Book, please let us know if it is perfect bound, saddle-stitched, spiral coil bound, ringed binder set etc)
